1977 - That was an interesting time in my life.  I had returned to the US Mainland from Korea in 1975 and by 1976, found myself serving in Saudi Arabia (JUSMAG in Daharan).  In 1977 when this song made it's way to the middle east, it reminded me of my time in South Korea.  It just has that sexy feel to it that reminded me of the many bars/clubs I frequented outside the base gates.  To this day, it still does!  Hey, I was just a Jersey Kid 18-19 yrs old - don't judge!  I guess my real experience with this song was  while stationed in Germany.  The NCO Club had frequent "Disco Nights" and I made myself available every chance I had.   I went from loving the Hippy Era straight into the Disco Era - after all, that is where one found the ladies.  I was, in my youth a fantastic dancer.
